The housing register has been part of the Dagus Group since 2021 – a group of companies with many specializations in the real estate industry.
In addition to the Housing Register, the Group is active in housing photography, security products, site-built houses, construction operations and property management.
“We at Dagus bought our first properties in 2017 and after a while came in contact with the Housing Register. When publishing our apartments, we experienced a marked difference in search pressure and were able to calmly find tenants who showed interest and underwent a credit check. Since then, we have not managed our own housing queue, thereby saving a lot of time and energy.
In 2021, we chose to acquire the Housing Register as we saw great development potential. Our first focus has been to change the graphic design for better user-friendliness and in future development we focus on new functions and improved workflows.”
